Signal's cross-channel marketing platform comes hand-in-hand with a team of world-class account managers and technical support representatives.

The team is available via telephone Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM Central, to help answer questions or troubleshoot. At any time you may send an email to support@signalhq.com and we’ll typically respond within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays, when response times may vary slightly).

Our team is dedicated to helping you be as successful as possible. This is why we provide a comprehensive training session as soon as you sign up with Signal. Demonstration videos and FAQs on the various aspects of the product are also available for you in the Product Knowledgebase to review at any time.

Whether you need your knowledgeable account manager to point you in the direction of mobile best practices or a dedicated engineer to help you understand further details of connecting to our API, our technical support team is glad to help.
