Create a Survey

Setup your survey by selecting a keyword that people will text to a shortcode. Select what type of data attribute you would like to collect choosing from standard attributes that are already setup in the system (i.g. name, birthdate, address, etc.) to custom attributes that you setup on your own (i.g. favorite sports team, etc.). Validate Responses

The system can validate responses based on the type of data being collected. So, if you select birthdate our system will look for common formats like birthdate (i.g. MM/DD/YYYY, MM/DD/YY, etc.), with email addresses the system will look for the email@email.com format, etc. Create a message when people send invalid data, and when the data is correct. Collecting Email Addresses

If you choose to use Surveys to collect an email address you can configure a text or HTML email to be sent immediately.

Prompt Participants to Join a List

Send an additional message to people after the survey asking them if they would like to join your opt-in text message subscription list. Don’t forget to select a list you would like people to join or create a new one.
