Overview

The three most common uses of the text message Chat/Feedback campaign include 1) sending a text message shout-out to a big screen at a live event (i.g. sports event, concert, etc.) 2) create a forum for people to ask questions and receive answers at an event like a conference via text 3) or collecting and responding to feedback or customer concerns via text.

Setup

Setup a Chat/Feedback campaign by selecting a keyword that people will text to a shortcode. Configure a session in which people can send additional messages without having to text the keyword again to post a message.

Real Time Display

Project messages to a large display using our pre-built flash or HTML display through your browser.

Build Your Own Display

Alternatively, use flexible data feed options like Text, XML and CSV integrate with other applications or develop your own message display.

RSS

You can also have messages post to your favorite RSS feed reader.

Text to Email

Have text message posts forwarded to an email address - you can respond via email and messages will be forwarded back to people via text message. Helpful for responding to customer concerns or questions at an event.

Send an additional message asking people if they would like to join your text message subscriber list. Don’t forget to pick a list for people to join or create a new one.
